Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the 5G service in the sixth edition of India Mobile Congress (IMC 2022).
In the first phase, 5G services will be started in 13 cities in India.
The cities list are as follows: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jamnagar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Pune
After this 5G will be delivered to every part of the country.
At present, you will be able to enjoy the services of 5G only in Airtel.
If you use a SIM other than Airtel, you will have to wait for some time for 5G.
Talking about Jio, Mukesh Ambani said that 5G services would be made available by the end of this month.
Addressing the gathering, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "No one will be able to stop India from climbing to the top in today's rapidly changing world."
