What Is G20 Summit? Full Information

G20 is called Group of Twenty. It is a forum for the economy of major developed and developing countries of the world. It includes 19 countries.

At the G-20 conference, many major issues like economic crisis, terrorism, human trafficking are discussed between various developed and developing countries.

The G-20 is also known as a group of 20 finance ministers and central bank governors.

The G-20 was established on 25 September 1999 in the US capital Washington DC.

The first summit was held on 14–15 November 2008. This conference was started by the President of America due to the financial crisis in Asia.

The 2022 G20 Summit is being held in Indonesia, which will be held from 15-16 November

The next year 2023 G20 summit will be organized in India, which will start from December 1
